I have been weaving through the ebb and flow of time (college time) to discover that I never want to leave the collegiate realm. Applications to graduate school were delayed by a year to sort out some life decisions and enroll in Music Education school, however, instead of spending another four years in undergrad at a school that is not where I would rather be attending, I finally decided to pick up from where I left off. Hopefully I get into graduate school and get a bit back on track, but my time was not wasted. I got to satiate my music cravings that I have been deprived of for the last four years and will be able to continue them much stronger than I ever thought I was capable. My nervous habits are gradually healing too. Actually, I feel rather accomplished. It has been a recent revelation that I found that I should have been somewhat more proactive towards gearing my education towards having personal job security. I want to return to UofI with my friends, but I need to pad my GPA back up again, and find some experience that will make me more attractive. As for the art world. I have REALLY been away from art for a long time. I more or less abandoned cosplay for awhile, since I was busy away from home at college, and my old computer died, and I never quite settled into using my new computer until recently. I have been fond of sketching and the aesthetic world in general, but time has left me to only really participate by observation. My own work has been restricted to small sketches of boredom in notebooks during classes. I tend to draw very flat lifeless figures and have not quite blossomed outside of the box yet. Hopefully my return to DA, which I have never really updated much onto here in the first place, will be a nice change in my life. Plus, blogging should be helpful to my cause as well. I have become somewhat incoherent in my writings, so here is to that as well.
